A big thank you to Robert from friends of Victoria Park for joining us for our February litter pick and supporting with the clean up kit. We spent two hours in the local area around Whiteinch and filled many bags of litter. Despite the disheartening quantities, it was great to come together as members of the community and tackle an important issue, hopefully setting an example for people to consider heading out themselves, or even better, to think twice about how they dispose of waste in their area.
