Get involved with Outdoors for You

Outdoors For You believes that everyone should have the opportunity to spend more time in nature and outdoor regardless of age, gender, health, fitness, ethnicity and beliefs. Our service for all community groups, from the local to the asylum seekers, refugees, and EU migrants.

Our aim is to help all communities to improve physical and mental wellbeing by offering opportunities to spend more time outdoors. We organise different types of activities such as city park walks, hiking, hillwalking, cycling, volleyball, running, tennis, camping, litter picking, wellbeing workshops, allotment in NHS greater Glasgow and campaigning to keep green spaces and Eco-friendly lifestyle.
