Women’s Wellbeing Yoga Introduction Session

As part of our Women’s Wellbeing Project we are having a Yoga Introduction Session for Women from Minority Ethnic Groups, especially Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Glasgow.

The session is for women of any fitness level who would like to experience the benefits of movement and mindfulness.

The session is on Wednesday 1st November 7-8pm at Maryhill Community Centre, 35 Avenuepark Street, Glasgow G20 8TS.

Please wear appropriate clothing and bring water to drink. Yoga mats are available, please bring along your own if you have one!
