Women\u2019s Wellbeing Yoga Introduction Session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of our Women\u2019s Wellbeing Project we are having a Yoga Introduction Session for Women from Minority Ethnic Groups, especially Asylum Seekers and Refugees in Glasgow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The session is for women of any fitness level who would like to experience the benefits of movement and mindfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The session is on Wednesday 1st November 7-8pm at Maryhill Community Centre, 35 Avenuepark Street, Glasgow G20 8TS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please wear appropriate clothing and bring water to drink.
