Our Wellbeing information session is designed to help groups or individuals to improve physical and mental wellbeing and encouraging participant to be more active. We especially want to reach new Scots, asylum seekers and refugees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During these sessions we highlight the benefits of indoor and outdoor physical activities, especially their positive impact on physical and mental wellbeing. We will also cover the impact that activities have on our life and how it helps to develop healthier and active lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We will explore new ideas and activities for participants, especially to do in Glasgow City. We will look at different type of apps to monitor the progress of the activity and how to connect with other people with similar interests. We focus on below during the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
