We also ensure that walk leaders are trained to an adequate standard for the walk they are leading, from lowland to mountain level.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat about equipment?\n\t\t\t\t<p>We will advise you on the sort of clothing and other kit that each attendee should bring.\u00a0 Most excursions require nothing more than a decent pair of walking boots or shoes suited to the terrain, and perhaps a waterproof jacket. Please get in touch with us if you feel that equipment may be a barrier to your participation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat are the costs of your activities?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Our activities are free to access for refugees and asylum seekers. Many of our activities are open to the public, however we are happy to welcome any donations to support us to continue our charitable work.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\tWhat about language barriers?\n\t\t\t\t<p>Between our core team at Outdoors For You, we speak nine languages, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>English<\/li>\n<li>Arabic<\/li>\n<li>Swahili<\/li>\n<li>Urdu<\/li>\n<li>Punjabi<\/li>\n<li>Kurdish<\/li>\n<li>Cantonese<\/li>\n<li>Mandarin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your group falls out with that range, we will be happy to discuss translation options with you when we meet.<\/p>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tGrading System\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>To make it easier to select a service for your group, we categories all our walks and tours into six levels of difficulty.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade One<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Flat even surface no steps or steep sections. Suitable for wheelchair users with an assistant or people with reduced mobility.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade Two<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Well-defined paths. The route may include some gentle hills and occasional steps. Distance just below 5 km.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade Three<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Well-defined paths. Suitable for most ages and fitness levels. Routes may include some hills and uneven surface.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade Four<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Easy long walks. Mostly well-defined paths. Requires fitness for longer walks, up to 20 km. May include some hills and uneven surface.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade Five<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Moderate hill walks. The path may be uneven with some steeper sections possible. Requires good fitness for uphill walking.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h4>Grade Six<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<p>Challenging walks. Includes longer and pathless sections. Possibly some scrambling.
