Despite what may have been the rainiest day pf the year so far, we came together at our Outdoor Wellbeing hub to celebrate Refugee Festival 2026 with a day of BBQ, crafts, music, dancing and eating! The wonderful Syeda led a banner making workshop under the shelter of our greenhouse that we look forward to finishing at our next art class on Wednesday 1st July. Other members of our community Nadia and Abdullah generously donated their time cooking delicious food for everyone, and let’s not forget the BBQ team who persevered under the gazebo to feed everyone! Thanks to the Refugee Council for enabling another great celebration for Refugee Festival.
