Our runners did an amazing job at the Kelvingrove 5 +10km running event yesterday. The conditions were great, with a hint of autumn in the air, and an electric atmosphere of over 400 runners! For some, it was the first time attempting a 5km run, and for others, they smashed through their previous limits, but for all it was an opportunity to get outside and get involved. Thanks again to Sammy at Up and Running Events for supporting our participants, they never fail to be fantastic events.
