It was really something special to start off our new indoor climbing programme in partnership with Refugees Rock and TCA The Newsroom yesterday 🪇

Climbing in the UK has taken off, and is a great sport for bringing people together, working on common goals and building strength and fitness. 🧗

However, it is at times difficult to access due to barriers such as finance, language and confidence. 💬

We are delighted to work alongside these organisations to provide free introduction to climbing sessions, supported by the brilliant instructors at TCA, to individuals who face unequal barriers to accessing the sport. 🤝

Well done to all the participants who gave it their all on day 1, we can’t wait to see the progress! 💪
