Come in and join our Multicultural walk to walk the first section of West Highland Way from Milngavie to Dumgoyne. This walk is particularly designed to help refugees and asylum seekers to connect to each other and the local community and get the opportunity to discover the beautiful landscape of Scotland.
We start the walk from The West Highland Way stone obelisk on pedestrianised Douglas Street and continue through Mugdock Country Park and the beautiful countryside with woodland, farmland and we follow the clear West Highland Way signpost to Dumgoyne.
We can meet in the city centre of Glasgow and travel together to Milngavie by using public or hired transport depending on the group size. Outdoors For You will cover the travelling expenses from Glasgow to Milngavie for asylum seekers and Refugees.
