Litter Picking on Global Day of Action for Climate Justice

The 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference, known as COP26, takes place in Glasgow this year.

As we are getting closer to the #COP26 in #Glasgow, Outdoors For You team is inviting you to take part in our litter picking event on global day of action for climate justice Saturday 6th Nov 2021 at 01:00pm to show we are care about our planet and climate change.

Litter remains a serious problem for our plant. whether it’s the local park, roadside, streets, countryside, and rivers. It is important that we change our habits and put our rubbish in a bin.

We urgent everyone to challenge littering. Litter would not be such a big problem if everyone just put their rubbish in a bin or took it home. Unfortunately, that is not happening all the time. Please join us and help us clear up a part of the shore of the Forth and Clyde Canal.

Date: 06/11/2021

Time: 01:00pm

Meeting point: outside, Lock 27, Glasgow G13 1JT.

Litter picking are: The path by Clyde Channel from Lock 27 up to Maryhill.

Please bring a litter picker and gardening or work gloves if you have. Do not worry if you do not have it.
