Silent Walks

This tour is specially designed for anyone looking for some peace and quiet time to escape from busy city life or anyone who wants to be free from unpleasant emotions and thoughts. Try our silent walk to refresh your mind, boost your body and restore your soul.

About this tour

Going for a walk on your own is a different experience to silent group walking. It is lovely to be able to walk in silence with a group of people. Walking in silence in a group provides solitude but there is a connection between the group members even when in silence.

Silent Walks are a place to become aware of the outer nature around us and to the soul of our own. It is the moment you feel the earth underneath your feet, the sound of your step and breath, feeling the wind, sun and rain. In silent walks you will hear all sounds of life around us – as well as the inner voices that distract us.

Besides the physical benefits of outdoor activities, contact with nature is essential for mental and emotional well-being. Silent walks are excellent for improving general health and bringing relaxation and give us a chance to let go of things and create peace in our mind and fresh thinking. They encourage one to become more aware of the present moment rather than past or into the future.

This tour is specially designed for anyone looking for some peace and quiet time to escape from busy city life or anyone who wants to be free from unpleasant emotions and thoughts. Try our silent walk to refresh your mind, boost your body and restore your soul.

The walk is a day tour and we stop for a lunch during the walk. We will end the walk by having a coffee together which gives you an opportunity to share your experience with the rest of the group and some social interaction. The best of both worlds!
